Refund/Cancellation Policy

We always strive for excellence with our clients, so we offer a 5 day guarantee on all our services. If you’re still unsatisfied with your services within the 5 day mark, please allow for us to make those changes and fix whatever it is that is causing you problems. We will do our absolute best to make your changes a priority and book you back in as soon as we can.  A partial refund may be given depending on the issues. NO FULL refund will ever be given on chemical or haircut services. 

There are no refunds on any hair extension installation service or the hair purchased for any extension service.

There are no refunds on Brazilian Blowouts, Keratin Treatments or Deep Conditioning Treatments.

There are no refunds on Blowouts, Styles, or Wedding/Special Occasion Styles. So please check the weather and understand we are in the south. Georgia experiences very high humidity especially during the summer months. We promise to give you expert advice on what will not only look fantastic but also last throughout your event or day.

Prior to your updo or special occasion style appointment, please check out google images and find looks that best match your length, hair color and texture as this will give you the best expectations for your ideal look. Waterfall braids and some boho/romantic styles may be easier to achieve with extensions.

There are no refunds on any Makeup Service for any occasion or any event.

There are no refunds on ANY Trial Runs, as this is not a deposit but a service. We understand that brides/clients may need to shop around and find the right stylist to fit their needs. There is no obligation to book your wedding date or special event even after the Trial Run is complete.

There are no refunds on Retail Purchases. Exchanges may be made to unused products or a discount to future services may be applied.

MONDAY-FRIDAY APPOINTMENTS: If you are running late by 20 minutes or more; Cancel same day or outside the 48 hour (2 day) grace period; or NO CALL NO SHOW you may be subject to a 50% charge of the scheduled services.

SATURDAY APPOINTMENTS: Must be canceled no later than 48 hours (2 days) before the beginning of your appointment on Saturday. If you Cancel the Day of Your Scheduled Appointment; No Call No Show; or Run 20 Minutes or More Late, the FULL AMOUNT of your services for your appointment scheduled will be subject to FULL PAYMENT.

Running 20 minutes or more late for any appointment on any day, will count as a same day cancellation as we will not have the time to service you without putting other clients behind.

A credit card must be placed on file to accept any appointment.

We Understand that emergencies do happen with our clients and their loved ones. Hospitalization, emergency surgery, car accidents, contagious illness, lice, or even the loss of a loved one are exempt from these charges for obvious reasons.
